Department Council...

The department council (系學會) for this year is by far the most inactive council in years. Unlike previous school years, current council mostly hold events in a private manner, even if you are a department member, if you have very limited contact with the council, chances are you will be left out in the cold. Another thing, though not really an "event", but it's been done yearly long enough that it has become somewhat of a tradition： the Yearly Contact List/Card. It may have something to do with the council's privacy approach, because it was omitted/dismissed by the council this school year.

Overall, the council this year gets my vote... My vote of negative impression.
